Kelly was appointed Pre-K Counts Director in April 2022. As such she will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of our Pre-K Counts Program. Kelly has been with FCCA for over 15 years. Prior to accepting this position, Kelly has served as Pre-K Counts lead teacher at our Alice Schafer site, and as a Training & Technical Assistance Manager. Kelly brings experience and a proven track record of success.
My name is Kelly Cochran, I have been with FCCA for over 15 years. I have my bachelor’s from Slippery Rock University with a dual certification in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I am completing the last few credits I need for my Level 2 teaching certificate.
I love animals! I have a dog two cats and two horses. I show horses completely at the national level. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to music.
